Sidecar
ColourPop Sidecar Fresh Kiss Lip Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a bright, medium-dark red with cool undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had mostly opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which applied evenly and smoothly across my lips without streaking.
The texture was lightweight, smooth, and non-tacky with good spreadability and it smoothed out the majority of my lip lines–and the gloss made my lip lines even more smoothed out over time. It wore well for five hours and was very hydrating over time.

Formula Overview
$8.00/0.21 oz. – $38.10 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have the “pigment of a liquid lipstick” paired with the “shine of a super gloss” that is also hydrating and “ultra-creamy” with “high colour saturation.” They were pigmented–typically semi-opaque to opaque–with a smooth, creamy consistency that was lightweight, non-sticky, and spreadable.
If anything, I found they were a little thicker and/or too much product was dispensed on one pull of the doe-foot applicator (so wipe off excess or try to use just one side for getting coverage) as there was a fine line between a good application (mostly even) and a less-stellar application that had some streaking.
I found that they were smoothing of my lip lines, especially as it wore down, and my lips looked hydrated, fuller, and smoother. Most shades lasted around four hours with some lingering color and shine with an even fade/wear down. The formula was comfortable to wear and very hydrating, and it gave me the feeling of a lipgloss/lip balm hybrid more so than a lipstick/lipgloss hybrid.
They were vanilla-scented but has no discernible taste.

Speakeasy
ColourPop Speakeasy Fresh Kiss Lip Lacquer ($8.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a darker, peachy beige with moderate, warm undertones and a cream finish. This shade seemed to cling and emphasize my lip lines more so than the majority of shades in the formula, though it had more even color coverage than I expected given its hue.
It had mostly opaque color payoff, while the gloss had a lightweight, creamy consistency that was smooth and non-sticky. It lasted well for four hours, and I noticed that instead of the settling getting worse over time, it improved and my lip lines looked softer after an hour of wear. The formula was very moisturizing to wear.
